Communication Policy
Last updated:
This page explains how Domestic Real Estate communicates, how to verify anyone claiming to represent us, and how to control the ways we may contact you.
1. How We Communicate
Domestic Real Estate does not use this website to place unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited text messages. Communication initiated directly through this website is handled primarily by email unless a user specifically requests another method of contact and provides the appropriate consent.
- Email is our primary communication channel for inquiries, follows-up, and service messages.
- You may be able to explicitly request phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or automated/assisted voice contact — but only when you ask for it and provide consent.
- We never sell your contact details and never authorize random outbound calling or texting from our website.
2. Verify Someone Claiming to Represent Us
If anyone contacts you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, automated call, AI voice, or any other method while claiming to represent Domestic Real Estate, verify them with us before sharing personal information.
- Ask for a reference or call-back number and confirm it through our website first.
- Do not provide banking details, government ID, or payment information to an unverified caller or sender.
- Report suspicious communication using our Verify a Contact form so we can investigate.
3. Use of Our Name & Branding
Use of the Domestic Real Estate name, logo, website address, or branding by another person does not by itself establish that the person is authorized to represent Domestic Real Estate. If you are uncertain about any communication, verify it directly through this website.
4. Third Parties on Our Platform
Domestic Real Estate is a digital real estate platform and technology service. Independent real estate agents, clients, contractors, or third parties displayed or referenced on the platform are not automatically authorized to make calls or send messages on behalf of Domestic Real Estate.
When we connect you with a professional, we aim to do so transparently and with your consent. If a platform-listed individual contacts you in a way that seems inconsistent with this policy, use our verification form to check.
5. Contact Preferences & Do-Not-Contact Requests
You can tell us how you prefer to be reached — or that you do not wish to be contacted at all — through our Contact Preferences page.
- Choose Email only, or opt out of specific channels: Do not call, Do not text, Do not WhatsApp, or Do not contact through automated/AI voice systems.
- Choose Do not contact me at all for a blanket suppression request.
- No phone, SMS, WhatsApp, automated, or AI-voice consent is ever pre-checked on our forms.
6. How Preference Requests Are Retained
Contact preference and do-not-contact requests are recorded with the date and time of submission and are retained so the company can demonstrate that suppression requests are honored. Records are not automatically deleted; a request remains effective until you change it.
